WRC is requesting proposals for contractors to complete cross connection inspections. By reference to the State of Michigan Public Act 399, 1976 Rule #325.11401 through Rule #325.11407 of the Administrative Code and in accordance with the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and the approved Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office (WRC) Cross Connection Control Program (CCCP), provide complete cross connection inspections. These inspections will be under the supervision and direction of authorized WRC staff in various municipalities including, but not limited to the Village of Bingham Farms, the City of Bloomfield Hills, the Charter Township of Commerce, the City of Farmington Hills, the Charter Township of Highland, the City of Keego Harbor, the Charter Township of Oakland, the City of Orchard Lake Village, the Charter Township of Oxford, the City of Pontiac, the Charter Township of Royal Oak, the Charter Township of Springfield (Bavarian Softwater), the City of Walled Lake and the Village of Wolverine Lake.
