1. The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (OCWRC) operates and maintains numerous water and wastewater facilities throughout Oakland County, which incorporate DeZURIK and APCO valves, parts, and accessories. As such, the OCWRC is seeking bids from contractors for purchase of these items by DeZURIK and APCO.

1. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis only. This specification is in no way intended to convey specific items or the quantity that will be purchased.

1. Items to be purchased may include the following and any other item offered by DeZURIK and APCO: plug valves, butterfly valves, check valves, rotary control valves, knife gate valves, ported gate valves, pinch valves, consistency transmitters, solenoids, air filter regulators, switches, transmitters, and positioners.
