Oakland County (County) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP)s to qualified licensed firms for a forensic audit/investigation of the County Treasurer’s Management of Property Tax Foreclosures for foreclosures and auctions held between 2009 and 2019.

This audit is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards set forth in the most recently published U.S. Government Accountability Office’s (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, and other professional standards as required. The successful Bidder shall enter into a professional services contract with Oakland County.
