Contractor shall provide, asbestos, lead, cadmium, and mold abatement services at but not limited to the following locations: vacant structures owned by the Oakland County Treasurer’s Office located throughout the County, County buildings managed Oakland County Facilities Management, Parks and Recreation, & Water Resource Commissioner as specified below.
Contractor shall provide Jail Gun Range Lead Abatement including: Setup of critical barrier and negative pressure containment systems and three stage decontamination. Removal of rubber media to the range floor and
separate lead from rubber media - all the lead shall be recycled. HEPA vacuum entire gun range area- including walls, floors, furniture, & firing stations. Hand wash with D-lead detergent. Mop floors with D-lead detergent. Issue final report. Comply with Lead Abatement license required.
All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and codes governing abatement and any other trade work done in conjunction with the abatement.
