Description

HACH WIMS SOFTWARE SERVICES
1. Yearly support contract with multi-user license for one concurrent user and one facility (per facility).
2. Software customization and additional support at service rate:
  $ ____________________ / hr (attach schedule if there is more than one rate)
CALIBRATION AND TESTING
1. As needed calibration of all software related and Hach equipment.
2. As needed testing and repair of all software related and Hach equipment at provided rates.
3. Replacement of any Hach equipment per equipment rate schedule or quote.
LOANER EQUIPMENT SERVICES
1. If any equipment is to be replaced or repaired, that equipment will be temporarily replaced with loaner equipment while work is performed.
2. Hach spectrometers are utilized at CRWRRF; attach rates for the loan and replacement the below equipment:
  1. DR2700 Spectrophotometer
  2. DR3900 Spectrophotometer
