SCOPE OF SERVICES

Oakland County Purchasing Division is accepting proposals on behalf of the Oakland County Health Division for an approved LivingWorks trainer to facilitate a safeTALK Train the Trainer (T4T) training in Oakland County in accordance with the Transforming Youth Suicide Prevention grant work plan. Trainers must have completed a standardized training course, are committed to upholding LivingWorks' standard of excellence, and are dedicated to maintaining active trainer status by presenting trainings twice a year to maintain their registration. Trainers must have $3 million in general liability insurance coverage ($1 million in General Liability + $2 million in excess liability is acceptable) and $1 million in professional liability coverage (LivingWorks professional liability coverage is accepted). The contract with a vendor to purchase services supported by grant from Michigan Department of Health & Human services will begin end September 30, 2023.
