Description

Oakland County Purchasing, on behalf of the Facilities Maintenance & Operations (FM&O) is seeking vendor proposals for the scope of work detailed in this bid for the IT Elevator Modernization - Elevator Identification: 27143 / Elevator Car 1.
This Specification is intended to cover the modernization, furnishing and installing of a hydraulic passenger elevator. All work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and is to include all work and material in accordance with specifications herein. In all cases where a device or part of the equipment is herein referred to in the singular number, it is intended that such reference will apply to as many such devices as are required to complete the installation.

This meeting is for the walk through pre-bid conference for the IT Building Elevator #1 Mods - Elevator Identification: 27143 / Elevator Car 1.
We will be starting at the IT building, main entrance. Then going over to a second location to walk through as well - Courthouse Westwing Bldg 14W.

From County Center Drive W, turn East onto Campus Drive S.
Identify yourself using the intercom at the south gate (It's a black iron gate, near the water tower, behind the Oakland County Farmers Market).

This gated entrance is between Vibe Credit Union (1220 County Center Dr W. Waterford, MI 48328), and the intersection at Pontiac Lake Rd and County Center Dr. One corner has the Oakland County Farmers Market, and the Road Commission is on the opposite corner.

Additional Nearby South Entrance Information:
Oakland County Farmer’s Market is one building South of the Campus Drive S (south) entrance on 2350 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford
