a. Provide as-needed plumbing, pipe fitting, and steam fitting services for maintenance, repair,
and installation of pumps, valves, piped systems, gates and other equipment at various
wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, construction sites and water
treatment facilities operated and maintained by the Oakland County Water Resources
Commissioner (WRC) throughout Oakland County.
b. Provide as-needed mechanical and wastewater treatment process equipment such as bar
screens, blower (positive displacement, turbo, and centrifuges), circular clarifier
skimmers and gearbox, rectangular clarifier chain and flights, digester equipment,
chemical systems, etc.
c. Provide as-needed general fabrication for miscellaneous mechanical or process
equipment.
d. This contract may also include saw cutting, demolition, and modification of existing castin-
place and pre-cast concrete structures to accommodate mechanical equipment.
e. Contractor may have to coordinate with other projects and contractors employed by WRC
working within the vicinity of the work.
f. Vendor must follow confined space protocol that meets or exceeds WRC' s confined
space entry standards.
