Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting proposals for services as described in the scope of work (ATTACHMENT B, Section 4 of RFP). Services will be provided on an “as needed” basis, and under the direction of authorized Oakland County staff throughout the county campus and county owned facilities.
The Construction Management firms selected are to demonstrate excellence in planning, estimating, scheduling, construction services, and project implementation. Selected CM firms must be familiar with and properly implement all federal, state, and local municipality ordinances on all projects. Individual CM firm responses will be used to match selected construction management firms with various OC construction projects that will be assigned during the term of the contract..
Oakland County intends to contract with multiple CM firms for future planning and implementation of OC defined campus improvement projects, facility improvement projects, and new construction projects. Sucessful CM firms are to provide construction management services for various projects as directed. Services will be provided on an “as needed” basis, and under the direction of authorized Oakland County staff.
