Description

The scope of this project includes thermal cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) sewer lining of 2,388 linear
feet of 18” sanitary sewer starting from Manhole 46 (COT131001) in Commerce Township,
through easements to Manhole 016 (NOT014006) in the City of Novi, including lining of the
11 manholes. The scope includes the installation of 330 linear feet of 18” sanitary sewer including
3 manholes. To complete this work, diversion of sanitary flows through bypass pumping will be
required as well as construction of a temporary access road within wetland areas with grading,
clearing, and tree removal.
