Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of Oakland County Parks and Recreation is soliciting bids for “as needed” general construction services for structures located at Parks and Recreation managed facilities. 
Many of the projects utilized under this contract will generally fall under $50,000.00 threshold, but this contract will be utilized for projects up to $250,000.00.  The Parks and Recreation has a diverse portfolio of structures that includes but is not limited commercial buildings, conference centers, concessions areas, cabins, residential dwellings, residential dwellings converted into offices, maintenance garages, sheds, barns, contact stations, stand-alone restroom buildings, and pavilions
