Description

The County of Oakland is seeking proposals for Third Party Administrator (TPA) services related to the administration of Oakland County's Self-Insured Workers' Compensation program.

TPA ADMINISTRATION AND CLAIMS SERVICES:
The successful respondent will provide Workers’ Compensation third party administration and claims services to Oakland County’s approximate workforce of 4900 employees. All claims shall be handled to conclusion (life of claim) within the fee paid.

LOSS PREVENTION SERVICES:
A minimum of 400 hours of safety/loss control services, excluding industrial hygiene services (industrial hygiene knowledge is required); will be required by Oakland County on an annual basis.
