005515 - Royal Oak Twp Sanitary Disposal Sys. Rehab

Sealed proposals for the construction of the Sanitary Disposal System Rehabilitation Program will be received by the Charter Township of Royal Oak, located at 21131 Garden Lane, Ferndale, Michigan 48220, until 10:00 a.m., Local Time on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.

Bidders shall review and comply with the Instructions to Bidders, which are incorporated by reference, and carefully review all Contract Documents, as defined in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids submitted after the exact time specified for, receipt will not be considered.
The Contracts will consist of the following principal items of work and appurtenances as specified herein and detailed in the Contract Documents.

Description of Work
The approximate quantities for the major items of work for this project are as follows:
Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining 3,175 Lft
Spot Liner 58 Lft
Point Repair 1 Ea
and all the miscellaneous items of removal, construction and restoration set forth in the Proposal.
Materials for this project must meet the AIS requirements of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
