On behalf of the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Oakland County Purchasing is requesting bids for a one-year Blanket contract for explosives and related supplies for the SWAT Team Explosive Breaching Program and K9 Explosives Detection Unit. All explosive material and related products will be picked up from the point of origin by school trained Explosive Breaching SWAT Team personnel or a certified explosives K9 Handler from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. Bidders may deliver (hand deliver, mail, etc) or upload their bid response to the MITN/BiNet website - No emails or faxes.
