The Oakland County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioners Office is soliciting bids for a 3-year contract (possibility of a 2-year extension) for inspections and repair services on pressurized and non-pressurized storage tanks located at the locations listed below.

Pontiac Wastewater Treatment Plant
Commerce Wastewater Treatment Plant

Annual inspections and repairs will be completed on an as needed basis when requested by Oakland County Staff through out the duration of the contract. Service may be requested for an individual piece of equipment, in batches or at specified frequencies.

The contractor will be responsible for any permits or inspection fees.

All work shall be performed in a professional manner and be consistent with the practices of the trade.

All labor and materials shall be in accordance with applicable building, safety and fire codes.
