Description

Oakland County is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested vendors to provide telephone town hall meeting services and robocalls as scheduled and requested.

Oakland County has hosted telephone town halls in the past and would like to continue and expand these meeting to communicate with its 1.3 million residents and government entities. The County is now in the stages of planning various town hall events.

The term of the contract being proposed is one year with two one-year options to extend. The County is requesting rates for a three-year period.
