Oakland County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested vendor(s) specializing in offering Weight Management services.
This proposal will be to provide a low-cost Weight Management program to County employees, retirees and family members. The cost of the program will be the responsibility of each participant. The County will allow the vendor to market their program to all County employees, retirees and their family members according to the County guidelines as well as promote the program on the County’s Wellness Program website.
