The Oakland County Health Division (OCHD) is seeking proposals from qualified community health and human service agencies to provide the required services of the Woman, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program and WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counseling programs in Oakland County, Michigan. The purpose of this RFP is to provide WIC services to underserved areas of Oakland County, to meet WIC program goals and objectives and maximize participant services.
