The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of various chemicals on an as needed basis for the several locations within Oakland County, listed below. Additionally, locations and chemicals not listed in this solicitation, may be added with agreement from both parties and with an amendment to the awarded contract(s). Services shall be provided only at the request and direction of authorized County staff.Delivery locations and an estimated amount to be delivered to each location are listed below. Volumes listed are provided only to assist the VENDOR in developing their bid. The County does not guarantee the volumes listed will be ordered for the term of the contract.It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to inform WRC if NSF certification has been revoked or lapsed within 24 hours of the time the CONTRACTOR receives notification. Loss of certification shall constitute sufficient grounds for termination of the contract.
