PROPOSAL
In general, proposals should be prepared in a simple and economical fashion. Proposals must be organized as described below. When documents have been provided, vendors must use those documents. Failure to follow proposal format could result in the rejection of your proposal.
PROPOSAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS
Your proposal must include and be organized as follows:
1.1: Provide section one in the following order,
• Page 1 cover letter or executive summary.
1.2 Provide the following information/documents.
A. Provide a brief narrative of your company’s experience to include experience with government contracts. Please include the type of contract (PO, Maintenance, Service, etc.) and the equipment and/or services included.
B. Provide information and specifications for the vac trucks, combo trucks, and jetter trucks you offer
C. Provide a price list or an equipment list (can be a catalog to be found on supplier’s website) Provide a percentage off list pricing for vactor trucks, combo trucks, and jetter trucks.
D. Provide a list of local repair services locations.
E. Provide a typical delivery time frame for Vac, Jetter, and Combo Trucks.
F. Provide References – Provide three (3) references. The references name and contact information including email address.
G. Provide a complete description of what is covered by the Warranty. Provide a brief description of any training you offer.
