The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) is soliciting bids for Pro-Ring expanded polypropylene grade manhole adjustable rings. Pricing shall include delivery to various WRC facilities, including, but not limited to:1. Sewer Drain Maintenance Unit located at One Public Works Drive, Bldg. 95 West, Waterford, MI 483282. Additional Bidding Instructions

The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) is soliciting bids for Pro-Ring expanded polypropylene grade manhole adjustable rings. Said adjustment ring pricing shall include delivery to various WRC facilities, including, but not limited to:

1. Sewer Drain Maintenance Unit located at One Public Works Drive, Bldg. 95 West, Waterford, MI 48328
2. Water Maintenance Unit – South 22430 W. 8 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033.

REQUIREMENTS
The following shall be included with bid proposals:

- - Adjustment ring specifications.
  - Provide approvals or certifications with Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Road Commission of Oakland County (RCOC) or any other agencies.
  - Any available performance testing data.
  - Manufacturer’s certification that quoted products contain no isocyanates.
  - Any pre-treatment, installation requirements.
  - Warranty information.
  - Product training documentation.
  - Any written recommendations or reviews.
  - Cast, or sample of material used in said adjustment rings.
  - 3 references with similar organizations

Proposals will be evaluated through a quality-based selection process, based on the following criteria.
