005031 - Water Meter Testing & Equipment

The purpose of this Request for Proposal" (RFP) is to solicit professional firms (hereinafter called “Contractors”) for detailed proposals to perform the expected work. A quality based selection process will be used for evaluating proposals, whereby the Contractors will be rated on the basis of their responses to the RFP by a Review Committee as one of the contractors most qualified to perform this work. 
 
WRC is looking for a contractor to periodically test small meters to respond to customer requests or for other purposes. WRC is looking for a contractor to annually test large meters based on size or other criteria. WRC will provide the list of meters to be tested. All work will be completed at the direction of WRC.
