Important Note to Vendors:
Oakland Schools is seeking quotes for our ANNUAL RENEWAL LIST OF PERIODICALS. Most periodicals start 1/1/2013. Please double-check each time item for the various start dates. We are seeking firm pricing beginning January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. We are seeking pricing escalators (not to exceed) for years 2 (January 1, 2014 - December 31, 2014) & year 3 (January 1, 2015 - December 31, 2015). Please submit your completed contractor information form and completed W-9 (via MITN) with your on-line pricing. Questions will be accepted until September 28, 2012 by 3:00 p.m., EST. All questions and answers will be posted for all vendors to see.
