Live Finger Print & Palm Scanning, 015-F. Walk-Through Metal Detectors For Construction Related Bids: 015.1–A Modular & Portable Buildings, 015.1–B Security & Consulting Each bid package consists of three or more parts:Part A – Notice to Bidders, Bid Procedures and Terms and Conditions Part B – Commodity Specifications Part C – Bid Forms Part D - G – Additional Bid Forms if required(varies by commodity)All bids shall be submitted to Oakland Schools, 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328-2736, in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED BID AEPA #015” on the front of the envelope. Note that Bidders must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 26 states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Bid documents can be downloaded after registering by following the link from the web at www.aepacoop.org. AEPA and/or the respective Member Agencies reserve the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids, which in its discretion, within state law, are for the best interest of any of the AEPA Member Agencies and/or their Participating Entities.
