Oakland Schools is issuing an Invitation for Bid for Donation House Building Site at the Oakland Schools Northeast Technical Center located at 1371 N. Perry Street, Pontiac, MI. This project is to clear, level, and build an exterior fenced in yard to be used to build a house for educational and training purposes. The yard is approximately 8,000 SF and will include utilities and lighting powered by nearby structures. The base of the entire yard is crushed stone. The yard itself is to include nine piers with footings to support the “Donation House”. Modifications to the existing parking lot and curbs are required.
