Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION – TO OBTAIN INFORMATION: The purpose of this solicitation is to receive information about help desk solutions that can be purchased by Oakland Schools, an Intermediate School District. Notice: This is not an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposal INSTRUCTIONS: Solution providers must respond to the attached questionnaire. A concise recap of the product specifications and not a full blown sales and marketing portfolio is desired. It is agreed and understood that responses to this Request for Information are considered working documents while they are under consideration and, as such, are not subject to official bid openings. Oakland Schools may or may not proceed with an RFP after review. PLEASE ANSWER QUESTIONS ON ATTACHED FILE. YOU WILL NEED TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AND UPLOAD YOUR RESPONSE TO THE MITN SITE.
