IFB-12.0001 - IFB 12.0001 Alternative Augmentative Communication Devices

Important Note to Vendors:
The Board of Education of Oakland Schools is accepting pricing for Alternative Augmentative Communication Devices: Dynavox M3, Dynavox Maestro, Dynavox Vmaxx + or its equivalent. Oakland Schools intends to annually replace/upgrade a percentage of current inventory as newly identified students enroll in Oakland County programs and older equipment becomes obsolete. Our intent is to award to the vendor or vendor(s) that meet specifications and to extend pricing to Region IV districts. These districts include, Oakland Schools, Jackson County, Lenawee County, Macomb, Monroe, St. Clair RESA, Washtenaw and Wayne RESA. This is a potential five (5) year award. Pricing is expected to be firm (for the first 3 years) from September 1, 2011 – August 31, 2014. We request pricing with maximum price escalators for years four and five. Delivery to Oakland Schools and the Region IV districts, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein are a requirement of this IFB.
