Summary of Specifications:
Proposers shall study and compare the Proposal Documents with each other, shall examine the site and local conditions by appointment with the Owner and if in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Proposal Documents, or finds discrepancies, inconsistencies, ambiguities or errors in or omissions from any part of the Proposal Documents, the Proposer may submit a Request For Interpretation (RFI) thereof. Submit RFI’s thru the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN), www.mitn.info. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. The Proposal schedule is as follows: Proposal Documents Available: February 25, 2013 

Pre-Proposal Conference: March 4, 2013, 4:00 pm 

Deadline for RFI Submissions: March 7, 2013, 12:00 pm 

Deadline for RFI Responses and Addenda: March 11, 2013, 5:00 pm 

Proposals Due: March 18, 2013, 2:00 pm 

Proposal Opening (Binder 1 only): March 18, 2013, 2:00 pm 

Post Proposal Interviews: March 19-29, 2013 

Anticipated Date of Contract Award April 22, 2013 

Anticipated Notice to Proceed April 23, 2013
