Fully Insured Life, AD&D, STD and LTD Insurance
This is a three (3) year fixed Contract beginning on September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2027, with options to renew for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments through August 31, 2029. Pricing proposed as part of the solicitation process would remain fixed and in effect for the duration of the agreement.

Fully Insured Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage
This is a three (3) year fixed Contract beginning on January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027, with options to renew for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments through December 31, 2029. Pricing proposed as part of the solicitation process would remain fixed and in effect for the duration of the agreement.

Fully Insured Dental and Vision Benefit Provider
This is a three (3) year fixed Contract beginning on January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027, with options to renew for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments through December 31, 2029. RFP documents can be accessed via Proposal Tech. Questions, Intent to Bid Forms, and Proposals shall be submitted via Proposal Tech.
