Summary of Specifications:
Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for Custodial Services for its Administration building, the Summit Campus, and the Michigan Works! JobLink Service Center locations. The awarded bidder will provide the necessary labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision for all custodial services at the Oakland Schools Administration Building, 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328, Summit Campus, 2230 Mall Drive East, Waterford MI, 48328, and JobLink Career Center, 1850 N. Perry Street, Pontiac, MI 48340. Note: This Request for Proposal does not require custodial services for Oakland Schools’ Technical Campuses locations.
