IFB-12-0030 - Oakland Schools Enterprise Cabling

Important Note to Vendors:
Oakland Schools is soliciting bids for cabling and installation services at all Oakland Schools Facilities. This IFB includes work for the specific projects and miscellaneous work, as required, on a time and materials basis. This contract is expected to begin April 10, 2012 and extend through June 30, 2013 to coincide with Oakland Schools’ fiscal year. It is anticipated that a contract with the awarded contractor will be fixed for one (1) year and three (3) months, with options to renew in one (1) year increments up to five (5) years and three (3) months. 

The IFB is based on a list of projects with Statements of Work (SOW). The SOW will be bid as a whole and a breakdown of the cost will determine the time and material of subsequent work. A pricing sheet is provided and must be filled out in its entirety. The IFB is also being extended to all the public school districts in Oakland County.
