IFB-PSD15.0001 - Pontiac School District Food Service Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
The Board of Education of the School District of the City of Pontiac, 47200 Woodward Ave, Pontiac, MI 48342 is accepting proposals for Pontiac Food Service Equipment in accordance with the attached specifications. All proposals shall be received no later than March 3, 2015, 2:00 pm local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov). It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their proposal reaches the School District of the City of Pontiac on or before the closing date and hour as indicated. Late proposals will NOT be accepted. Pontiac School District is requesting pricing for the removal and replacement of food service equipment in five (5) Pontiac Schools. A listing of all equipment for trade in will be distributed at the MANDATORY bidders’ conference on February 24, 2015. The contract shall be awarded to one contractor for all equipment. Equipment shall be delivered by the contractor to the school. The District will be responsible for all electrical and gas connections. See the attached list of equipment. Product information and/or specification sheets shall be submitted with your bid.
