Summary of Specifications:
Oakland Schools is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to help assess the ABILA Fund Accounting Software configuration and implement system changes that speed up the process while maintaining good internal controls. The Board of Education of Oakland Schools, 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328 is accepting proposals for ABILA/SAGE FUND ACCOUNTING (MIP) RFP #16-0003 in accordance with the attached specifications. All proposals shall be received no later than August 25, 2015 by 2:00 p.m. EST, local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov). It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to ensure their proposal reaches Oakland Schools on or before the closing date and hour as indicated. Late proposals will NOT be accepted. Proposals postdated will constitute as late. All late Proposals will be rejected and destroyed after ten (10) days, unless otherwise notified to return to the Offeror, at the Offeror’s expense. Each Offeror shall hand deliver or express mail one (1) hard copy of the proposal and one (1) USB flash drive of the proposal. In addition, each Offeror shall provide one (1) copy of the completed Appendix A: Fee Proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked Appendix A: Fee Proposal; contained within the Offerors sealed Proposal. Pricing shall not be referenced anywhere else in the Proposal documents. Proposals shall be clearly labeled with RFP #16-0003 and ABILA/SAGE FUND ACCOUNTING (MIP) and list Offeror’s name and address.
