Description

Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Administration services for their Health Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA and Dependent Care FSA plans.

Each Bidder shall submit a complete Intent to Bid Form (see Appendix A: Intent to Bid Form) via email to purchasing@oakland.k12.mi.us no later than April 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov). Any proposal submission without a required Intent to Bid form on file will be disqualified.

Each Bidder shall provide one (1) hard copy original proposal and one (1) USB flash drive of the proposal. The USB flash drive shall have both a PDF and a Word version of the proposal, as well as all required forms as outlined in the RFP. Proposal may be submitted via: a) hand delivered; b) registered or certified mail; or c) a nationally recognized overnight air courier.

Proposals shall be clearly labeled using the mailing label provided in Section XV of this RFP.

Electronic submissions of proposals will NOT be accepted.
