Summary of Specifications:
Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for the development of a platform called Mi PLACE (Michigan Professional Learning and Collaboration Environment), that uses Totara/Moodle and selected Google tools. The Mi PLACE project is an initiative led and organized by Oakland Schools to develop a virtual learning space for K-12 public educators. This portal will offer professional development in the form of instructor-led courses, webinars, and independent learning modules, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with other educators in a user-driven environment.
