RFP-PSD15_0002 - School District of the City of Pontiac Student Transportation

Summary of Specifications:
The School District of the City of Pontiac (The District) is accepting sealed proposals for Student Transportation Services, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The purpose of this Request For Proposals For Pupil Transportation Services (The “RFP”) is to establish a contractual relationship with an experienced and qualified pupil transportation services entity to provide daily general education and special needs pupil transportation, extra-curricular and athletic transportation requested by the School District in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible while, at the same time, maintaining the highest level of safety and reliability. Please refer to the accompanying information and attachments for the requisite operational information relative to the School District’s current pupil transportation services. The proposal shall include the vehicles of transportation and the District will not be responsible for financing, holding title to or licensing vehicles.
