RFP_18_0021 - Snack Vending Services Rebid

Oakland Schools intends to award a contract to the most qualified vendor, for the purposes of providing snack vending services to Oakland Schools.  It is our intent to award a contract to one prime vendor, who will have exclusive rights to all snack vending activity in all Oakland Schools operated buildings.  The location, types, and hours of operation of all vending machines shall be at the discretion of Oakland Schools.

Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for Snack Vending Services for the Oakland Schools Administration building, Summit Campus, Southeast Campus, Southwest Campus, Northeast Campus, Northwest Campus, and finally our Michigan Works! JobLink Service Center building.
 
Re-bid Note: Our USDA Smart Snack criteria have been relaxed in terms of required number of USDA Smart Snacks per machine; please see updated specifications on pages 15-16. In addition, we are including two sets of price forms; the first one is required to be completed, the second one is a voluntary alternate form.
