Important Note to Vendors:
Oakland Schools, Novi Schools and the Walled Lake School District have teamed together to solicit pricing for full, truckload deliveries of new 8 ½ x 11 White Copier Paper. Each district has a dock-equipped facility for the ease of delivery.
It is Oakland Schools’ intent to order seventeen (17) pallets (680 cartons) of 8 ½ x 11 copy paper, three (3) pallets, 120 cartons of 11 x 17 20# white bond and one (1) pallet 40 cartons of 8 1/2 x 11 20# white bond, 3 hole punched in mid-October, 2011 and one (1) truckload of 8 1/2 x 11 white copy paper in December, 2011. Oakland Schools’ delivery address is Oakland Schools, Summit North, 2214 Mall Drive, East, Waterford, MI 48328. Oakland Schools staff will unload the truckload.
It is the intent of Novi Schools to order one (1) truckload of 8 ½ x 11 copy paper mid-October, 2011 and one (1) truckload in December, 2011. Novi Schools’ delivery address is Novi Community School District, Maintenance and Operation, 45495 11 Mile Road, Novi, MI 48374. Novi Community Schools’ staff will unload the truckload.
It is the intent of Walled Lake School District to order (1) truckload of 8 ½ x 11 copy paper mid-October, 2011 and a second (2nd) truckload in December, 2011. Walled Lake’s delivery address is 850 Ladd Road, Bldg. D, Walled Lake, MI 48390. Walled Lake’s staff will unload the truckload.
The Districts will have the right, to purchase copy paper listed in this IFB at the prices contained in the Bid of the selected Bidder(s) and under the terms and conditions contained in this IFB.
Purchase orders will be issued from each school district and shall incorporate by reference all of the terms and conditions contained in this IFB. THERE IS NO FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS AWARD.
