000013 - Construction Management at Risk 2022 Elliott Hall Renovations 2nd Floor

Oakland University intends to select a Construction Management (CM) firm to provide professional services as outlined below. The total project budget is $900,000.  The approximate square footage of the renovated space is 2,565 asf.  This includes all construction costs, consulting fees, permit fees, low voltage, FF&E, move costs, and other owner related soft costs associated with the project.

The intended completion date of the Project is August 25, 2023.

The Elliott Hall renovation will transform existing, dark, and gloomy space into an inviting, collaborative and multi-functional area that can be used not only by students but recruitment and vendor opportunities.  The proposed design includes the demolition of four study rooms to make way for a large study and collaboration space.
