OAKLAND UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS AND THE GOLF PROGRAMS ARE LOOKING TO CONVERT THE GOLF PAVILION'S SQUARE FOOTAGE INTO AN INDOOR CHIPPING AND PUTTING GREEN FOR ALL-SEASON USE FOR THE GOLF TEAMS AND AFFILIATES WHO PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP.
WE WOULD LIKE THE GREEN TO BE AROUND 2,220 SQUARE FEET OF SYNTHETIC TURF THAT IS NOT CREATED WITH BACKFILL BUT WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T RUIN THE CURRENT CONDITIONS
OF THE SPACE. ADDITIONALLY, WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE DESIGNATED PERMANENT CHIPPING AREAS ALONG WITH MOBILE CHIPPING MATS (X2).
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME CONTOURS AND SLOPE TO THE GREEN THAT GO FROM 1% SLOPE UP TO 2.5% SLOPE IN CERTAIN AREAS
