The School District of the City of Pontiac will be receiving sealed bids for “Asbestos Abatement for Whitmer Human Resource Center 2024 Door and Window Renovations”. This project will be completed in June, July and August of 2024, prior to building renovation activities and will include the removal and disposal of exterior windows with asbestos caulk, exterior door frames with asbestos caulk and interior asbestos drywall associated with exterior window and door frame materials. A Mandatory Contractor Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be held at Whitmer Human Resource Center at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
