RFQ #21-003 - Multimodal Traffic-Count Data

SEMCOG is interested in quotes from consultants for the purchase of multimodal traffic count data (bicycle, pedestrian, vehicle count data, etc.). For Fiscal Year 2021, SEMCOG would like assistance in creating a service that compiles existing permanent counter data into a single database that can be used for SEMCOG’s existing workflows. SEMCOG has access to numerous permanent counters, but is limited in our ability to collect and store that data.

These quotes may also be used for future years as SEMCOG builds its multimodal traffic-count program.
