Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Board of Education invites you to submit a bid to furnish the District with Landscaping and Snow/Ice Removal Service. All bids to be delivered to: Ms. Martha Ritchie, Purchasing Director, Southfield Public Schools, 24661 Lahser Road, Southfield, MI 48033 Bids to be clearly marked: “Landscape & Snow.” Bids to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2017 at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the official FORM provided. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Late bids will not be accepted. Pre-bid Meeting A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. local time in the Southfield Public Schools Administration Building, 24661 Lahser Road, Southfield, MI 48033 for discussion of vendor questions regarding this Request For Proposal (RFP) and dissemination of specific information relevant to this project. Address all questions regarding this meeting to the office of Ms. Martha Ritchie, Purchasing Director, Martha.ritchie@southfieldk12.org to the complexity of this Request for Proposal attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged and will be a factor in bid evaluation.
