Description

The Southfield Board of Education is accepting sealed proposals to provide Occupational and Physical Therapy and Nursing Services for Southfield Schools in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The scope of work will include providing occupational therapy, physical therapy and nursing services to special education students as specified by their Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) for a two year period beginning July 1, 2018.

A pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the Kennedy Learning Center, 16299 Mount Vernon, Southfield, MI 48076. The purpose of this meeting will be to review the RFP and answer questions. Attendance at this meeting will be a consideration in the award of the proposal. A tour of the Kennedy Learning Center will be included.
