The following outline sets forth the required Scope of Services for the Anderson Baseball and Softball Renovations Project RFP to review and inspect the Project to produce a complete Project. The selected contractor will be required to provide and perform all required services as indicated in the Collaborative (AE) Construction Documents and Specs dated May 7th, 2024. The anticipated work includes, but is not limited to, renovation of existing baseball and softball fields in the conversion to turf fields, dugouts, fencing/netting, backstop, masonry, site work, and associated work per the construction documents listed in this RFP and Attachment A.2.
