1.02 Scope of Work/Technical Specifications and Objective
Solicitation is for bus washer maintenance and repairs at three bus terminals. There are two (2) bus wash lanes at each location. The initial term shall be for three years, with two one-year options, at the Authority’s sole discretion.
SMART requires that all responding vendors and the successful contractor have an established place of business and have telephone service during normal working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) five days a week for the duration of the contract. Any partial or full time use of a telephone answering service or devices is not acceptable and your proposal/contract will be rejected/cancelled.
Section 1.03 – Site Visit

Section 1.04 – Delivery and Work Hours
Delivery and normal work hours are 7:00 am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. SMART reserves the right to make changes to the scheduled hours and/or delivery locations without prior notice.
