25-4033 - Extreme Networks Software Licenses

SMART is interested in awarding a three (3) year contract for multiple software licenses that are three (3) years in length.
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors for software licenses for Extreme Networks wireless access point devices at SMART properties.
SMART requires a 3-year software license for each device listed in Section 3.01, Pricing Schedule. The license start/end dates and serial numbers for each device are also listed in Section 3.01, Pricing Schedule.
The start date for all licenses will be the date of software license installation on each device (March 1, 2025). However, if the contract is not awarded before the March 1, 2025, date listed in Section 3.01, Pricing Schedule, the start date of each license shall be the first of the month following the contract award.
