Summary of Specifications:
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed requirements contract for Hi-Lo/Forklift Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services at the three (3) terminals specified below. Repairs are projected to be $15,000.00 per location, $45,000.00 total annually. SMART intends to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional one year options to renew. SMART reserves the right to make an award for a one (1), two (2), or three (3) year period with or without renewal options.
