Summary of Specifications:
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is the suburban public transportation agency providing bus service in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties, in the metropolitan Detroit area. SMART is accepting proposals for Contractors to provide Janitorial services at facilities located in Troy, Inkster, Clinton Township (2 facilities in close proximity), and Royal Oak.

The contract shall be a three year initial term with two 1-year options, which may be exercised at SMART’s sole discretion. The contract start will be the date specified by the Purchasing Agent in the Notice to Proceed. SMART reserves the right to split award the contract by facility if seen fit to do so.
