SMART is accepting proposals for contractors to provide Janitorial Services at its facilities located in Troy, Inkster, Clinton Township (2 facilities in close proximity) and Royal Oak.
The contract start date will be the date specified by the purchasing agent in the Notice to Proceed once the contract is awarded. SMART reserves the right to split award of the contract by facility if seen fit to do so.

Industrial Dr. Inkster, MI 48141), then proceed to SMART Macomb Terminal, then proceed to SMART Oakland Terminal (2021 Barret St. Troy, MI 48084) and then lastly to SMART Royal Oak Transit Center.
